Our room was decent, but unfortunately lacked a microwave due to hotel policy. We've found that most hotels provide this amenity. Additionally, we were disappointed with the quality of the daily breakfast; compared to cheaper hotels, the food was subpar, as the eggs, sausage, and bacon were all served lukewarm or cold.
To make matters worse, all but one of the elevators were down for a couple of days, leading to longer wait times; fortunately, we were only on the second floor.
Despite these issues, the front desk staff provided outstanding service and deserves a five-star rating for their courtesy, politeness, and helpfulness in making things comfortable for the hotel guests.
