I especially liked the front desk staff. They were super friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. The only dissapointment was the fact that our window had no blackout curtains. There was a side panel on either side of the window with sheer curtains in between. The side panels could not close because there was no rod that crossed over the window. The window overlooked the parking lot. Apart from the fact that privacy was a little tricky (we changed in the bathroom), the room was way too light at night and one of the parking lot lights shone in my face in bed. I mentioned it to a woman at the front desk but she didn't seem to know what to do. I don't blame her. It's the first time I encounter a situation like this.

Fog Horn in the bathroom
While I appreciated that they responded to the terrible noise coming from the bathroom, it still was not eliminated and came back intermittedly the next day, waking me up at 3 in the morning. The whole place smells like breakfast coming from the kitchen. Staff was pleasant with my few interactions with them. Still there have to be better choices in the area.
