Hated: Airplane noise all night, front desk laughing at me because I didn't know I have to pay $80 for parking(Expedia should be more clear about paying over half of price of the room) I could pay, for that money, a hotel closest to the hospital (the reason for my family to be in SF). No Internet signal for my phone, wifi didn't work, food was not good (burnt chicken) I use a lot of hotels per year, this one is definitely out of my list of them. Sorry
