The room was clean, the staff was nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the "upgraded" two room suite with a kitchenette was right next to the public laundry room and the facility's own laundry service. During the daytime, I don't mind the noises, but some guests were still banging around in the laundry after 11:00 p.m. I really didn't consider the room to be an upgrade.

Exceeded our expectations. From check in, Miranda was very friendly and professional. Smooth and easy check in. Arturo and the filipina lady at the cafe are also very ftiendly and pleasant.
