Great location for attending Padres game at Petco park. Lots of restaurants close by in Gaslamp district- City still dealing with some homeless folks on the streets around the hotel- didn’t feel unsafe though. Poor service at Soleil restaurant on the property. We went elsewhere for a better breakfast with better service.

Loved how close it was to Petco park and walking to so many things was easy. The only thing I didn’t like was lack of water pressure in the shower. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Feel like they could put better shower heads in there to improve it

One night stay for a friends birthday celebrated that night at the Altitude Sky Lounge. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and attentive. Only complaint was the $60 daily valet fee for parking.

After staying at the hotel for three days and spending $800 there we checked out and walked around downtown for three more hours or so. Then we came back to get the car from across the street and stopped by reception to ask if we could use the restroom in the lobby. My two kids were there with me and we wanted to do that before traveling back home. They said no, that the restroom is only for clients. I explained that we had been staying there and had just checked out but the answer was the same. The lady recommended that we go to a Starbucks nearby. No need to say more.
