This hotel was fine but lacked a few details that would’ve made it nicer. The lighting was minimal and fluorescent, on the ground floor there was one big window on a busy street. There was only a blackout curtain so we had to keep it drawn for privacy which made it dark inside all the time. The floor tiles were chipped. No hooks to hang towels. Was hoping for more for the price. Great location though.

Inexpensive but worth its wait in gold
Couldnt get any closer to the action. Excellent place to stay. I would recommend this to everyone. Please make sure though that you get parking pass!!! Not many places to park otherwise. Very busy area. Beach is just steps away!

Great PB Location
Great spot on the beach. Can't ask for a better location. Far enough north of "the party zone" so much quieter than places like th beach cottages. Would go back in a jiffy.

Staff was really nice. Room was pretty basic, but close to the water. No full length mirror, no hair dryer, no towel hanger. Biggest issues: The room was really dark and the chain in the blinds was broken. They said someone would come to fix it but no one ever came. Paid for a partial ocean view but couldn’t see the ocean bc the blinds wouldn’t open. But would stay again due to the proximity to the beach.

Toilet didn’t work, sand in the bed, floors were dirty, beds were uncomfortable. No parking included (which wasn’t advertised), and there were homeless folks roaming around the facility at night time.

I liked it being close to beach. Close to shops and restaurants. I did not like the bed next to the toilet, no closet and no parking. You have to ask for room service for clean up, I forgot to.

Weekend at the beach
The location is great! Right on the beach walking trail with many coffee shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is nice, but not fancy. The rooms have everything you need to enjoy some ocean time.

partial view not worth the extra money. Either spend a lil more for the full view or save yourself the money and get there reg room without a view. air conditioner runs ok not great but will do the job at night if you leave the windows open. great location but reserve your parking cuz there is only 3 spots, and they do charge. side parking is open to the public and is first come first serve. Beds are a lil small for 2 avg size adults to sleep together but is manageable. But with all that said we wouldn't mind coming back. We would definitely go with the view to get the king bed.
