This dog-friendly San Diego home is in the perfect location to be close to everything. Enjoy the vibrant urban setting in downtown San Diego while being close to an array of parks, the San Diego Zoo, and Pacific Beach. You'll be staying in one of two rentals in the same location, each with its own private entrance.

Inside this home, guests will find a stylish and cozy living room furnished with a sofa, record player, and TV. There is a mini-split air conditioner in the living room and fans in the two bedrooms. When the group gets hungry, head into the sleek kitchen sparkling with stainless steel appliances and utilize all that’s at your disposal to create tasty vacation meals. Don’t forget to check out the local dining scene as well. Dine together at the table fit for four. Additional seating is available at the bar. When mealtime is over, the dishwasher makes cleanup easy. The home has three bedrooms, all with their own TV. Outside, take advantage of the grill on a nice day and have a barbecue with your group.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
