We had a special request that wasn’t noted on the original reservation. The young woman at the front desk truly, went out of her way to accommodate us. Our king room was well appointed, inexpensive yet exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and did not have the opportunity to try their continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was clean and well-maintained. However, the female staff member who assisted us at check-in was not very friendly. When I asked about the pet area shown on the hotel map, she did not give a clear explanation and just said she didn’t know. Unfortunately, some guests were very noisy both in their rooms and in the parking lot, making it difficult to sleep. Around 2 a.m., it became too loud, so I contacted the front desk, but unfortunately, the hotel did not take any noticeable action to resolve the issue.
