Step into the main level's sleek social hub, where contemporary style meets comfort. The open-concept design creates a natural flow between the modern kitchen, sophisticated dining space, and inviting living area – complete with a cozy fireplace and Smart TV for your next movie night.

Retreat upstairs to find your personal sanctuaries: a luxury primary suite boasting a king bed and spa-inspired bathroom with dual sinks and soaking tub. Kids will love the custom bunk room, while additional guests can unwind in any of the other 3 bedrooms. Each room features a Smart TV and generous storage.

The lower level is your own private entertainment zone, equipped with billiards, ping pong, arcade games, and a wet bar. There’s even a gym in the garage to maintain your fitness goals while on vacation. Step directly out to the backyard, where a sparkling pool and spa are available for year-round enjoyment. The outdoor adventure continues with a putting green, bocce ball court, playground, cornhole, and covered outdoor dining space with BBQ. Self Check-in: Enjoy a smooth arrival with our easy self check-in process. Simply use the keypad on the front door, and we’ll provide you with the access code on the day you arrive.

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self-check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available for $250 (82 degrees) and spa heating is complimentary. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 12 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later, with early check-in subject to availability. Please inquire with us about any fees for early check-in. Check-out is at 10:00 am. A $100 fee will be applied for every 20 minutes after 10:00 am. If check-out is after 1:00 pm, an additional night’s stay will be charged, plus an additional $500 penalty fee.

Quiet Hours: Guest hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during these times. Excessive noise may result in penalties or termination of the reservation.

Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property unless additional guests are approved in advance. Extra guests will incur additional fees.

There are security cameras throughout the exterior of the property. Noiseaware sensors can be found inside and outside of the property. The purpose of these sensors is to notify us if the noise is sustained above a certain threshold. Normal conversation will not trigger alerts.

Smoking: No smoking inside the home.

Biohazards: Vomit, stool, or blood on the property will incur extra cleaning fees.

Pets: A $100 pet fee covers up to two pets. All pets must be authorized before check-in.

Liability: The reservation holder is responsible for all guests and any damages or incidents that occur during the stay.

Smart thermostats are available for your use. Temperature limits are set on thermostats. Please keep windows and doors closed when using heating or cooling.

Pool Rules:

There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No glass is allowed in the pool area. The pool and spa can be heated upon request, but fees may vary based on energy costs. Please inquire about current pricing. Heating requests should be made in advance, preferably at the time of booking, and can take up to 10 hours to reach 82 degrees. Fees must be paid before heating begins. Do not tamper with pool equipment.

Please do not burn objects or drop food items on the outdoor fire table.
