Overall, the hotel was well maintained. The front office staff was friendly and very helpful Teuta in the breakfast room was AMAZING, friendly and had a great smile and interaction for everyone. My only "issue" is the cancellation policy and no clear way to get to the manager with a concern on billing.

The extra 26 dollars for parking is annoying. Include it in the offer price of the room. I find this very low class. Nickel and dime operation, I found to be petty, Parking should be included in room. Bathroom in need of small simple repair. Get a new toilet seat, with a lid that doesn't hit you in the back or move around when you sit on it. Also will not stay open when in use.
