Small bathroom.. you will hit your legs at night when using the bathroom since door almost hits the toilet Not as clean as most Best Western hotels Room smells musty due to wall mounted ac unit Very noisy at night .. you can hear everything from next door guests

When checking in a lady interrupted us because her room key wouldn’t work - then when my mom 88 years old finally found our room OUR key wouldn’t work! I had to leave my 88 year old Mom standing by the door and I had to drive back to check in for another key! Really? The front desk gal was horrible and didn’t even speak to me when I handed her the key and said it didn’t work! The room was OK - I checked the seams in the mattress and pillows for bed bugs and DID NOT see a thing but I woke up in the morning with 30 - yes I said 30 bug bites on my legs - DISGUSTING - the fridge was unplugged so we couldn’t use that as it would take all night to work! We will. EVER stay there again!

The room had a lot of ants crawling around and front desk was not able to switch me rooms. The room was very humid, carpet and bed had a wet feeling to them. Also, the security lock for the room door was broken. Big security concern.
