We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the amenities. But with my VIP access benefits, the check in staff didnt give the room upgrade and said that they dont do that if it is booked with third party (expedia). 😟

Gabby the front desk clerk has a bad attitude and very condescending perhaps she needs a customer service refresher class. Aside from her attitude the overall property was very clean and relaxing. My family and I visit often and will be back, hopefully by then Gabby has been reminded of what customer service means.

When we arrived and got our room keys they didn’t work and i had to drive back down to the lobby to retrieve new key cards. The kitchen was full of gnats. Housekeeping might of left a window open idk. Our master bathroom had no shampoo or body wash. Containers were empty. We were greeted with 4 pillows on the kitchen table with no pillow covers, so they were probably left behind from the previous guest that slept on the pull out couch. Overall i don’t think i would recommend or visit again.

Do not touch this hotel!!
The hotel cancelled our reservation as they tried to charge an incorrect out of date credit card leaving our 5 person family with nowhere to stay. The hotel did email us to say the payment method had failed and that we had 24 hours to contact them with a new card. We called within 2.5 hours but the duty manager basically told us “bad luck” he had cancelled. To reiterate our payment did not fail, the hotel charged the wrong card not the using the updated one saved on hotels.com. We will be making a formal complaint to Hilton as we have never ever received such appalling service!

Spotless with amazing customer service. I rated a four in certain areas simply because there are not enough options for dining, breakfast, lunch. We found it hard to find the ninth hole snack shack which was the only place we could get breakfast. I do understand these rooms are set up with kitchens, however, if you don’t want to cook, there are really only one place to eat lunch and dinner and the ninth hole snack shack for breakfast with only two options. Otherwise Customer Service was at the highest level, parking was phenomenal and the room was spotless.
