The staff was very friendly and helpful.The rooms were clean. Housekeeping did a great job. The fitness center needs an overhaul. We had to use the fitness center at the other Tower. We enjoyed our stay.

The internet wasn't working, several lights in the room didn't work. My room was on the 2nd floor (ground floor) and the laundry truck showed up at 4:30am and they loaded tons of laundry into the truck for over an hour. It was loud and kept me awake. Horrible experience.

Loved everything about the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina, except it’s super expensive to park a car. There should not be an additional fee to park your car if you are a paying guest here :/

I chose this hotel based on the proximity to the airport and other nearby destinations as I was traveling to San Diego to attend a concert. The condition and cleanliness of the property were excellent. The staff was also wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton San Diego when visiting the area.

Beautiful property. Newly renovated. I was upgraded to the Main Tower free of charge. Room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

The sheet was all blood stained and they were ripped and the phone wasn’t working and the room was not clean at all stain on the bed. Bugs inside the room old fridge makes so much noise you cannot sleep horrible hotel.

Great stay. Friendly hosts. Clean. Quiet and lovely atmosphere. All the amenities. Looking forward to staying again in the future. One minor suggestion- perhaps in the evening you could dim the lights some in the main lobby? Too bright!
