Zero information, pens, paper, coffee maker, microwave, bathtub in room. Mountain view was a parking lot. Room service was absolutely terrible - food delivered in bags 45 minutes after it was ready and so bad we couldn't eat it. We should have read the Yelp reviews first. We will NEVER go here again. Everything overpriced garbage, horrible service. Clientele not good. I feel bad for Robert Plant who we came to see. What an embarrassing place to host an artist.

Check in was easy, but some of the guys standing around the Bell Desk were rude a couple times. Also, who has heard of a hotel without coffee in the room. I ordered food from Caesars Cafe and picked it up which was a $5 fee. It was $10 to have it delivered and they charge a service fee on top of that and a mandatory 20% tip. This was to go, but by the time I got my food to my room, it was cold and the room also has no microwave. TV has very limited channels and they charge for WiFi. Pool doesn't open till 9am, so no early morning sauna dip. Water in the room takes forever to get warm and doesn't get very hot. The door to my room did not close all the way on it's own, Had to make sure it was shut ever time I went in and out of the room. There is a sign on the large sliding glass door in the room to keep the doors shut to keep bugs out. If you know you have a problem with bugs and offer a large sliding glass door with a view, put in a screen. I like fresh air, was not thrilled about this. Bed was comfortable.
