When checking in a lady interrupted us because her room key wouldn’t work - then when my mom 88 years old finally found our room OUR key wouldn’t work! I had to leave my 88 year old Mom standing by the door and I had to drive back to check in for another key! Really? The front desk gal was horrible and didn’t even speak to me when I handed her the key and said it didn’t work! The room was OK - I checked the seams in the mattress and pillows for bed bugs and DID NOT see a thing but I woke up in the morning with 30 - yes I said 30 bug bites on my legs - DISGUSTING - the fridge was unplugged so we couldn’t use that as it would take all night to work! We will. EVER stay there again!

The room had a lot of ants crawling around and front desk was not able to switch me rooms. The room was very humid, carpet and bed had a wet feeling to them. Also, the security lock for the room door was broken. Big security concern.

The restaurant staff was friendly and one of the ladies I spoke to on the phone had great communication skills. Also they gave a towel. However the issue is that we stairs here due to a concert and were getting in late. At 6 am there was loud banging next door. They started pulling all the furniture out of the rooms around us and placing them in the parking lot which woke us up and prevented us from rest. We even had a do not disturb sign on the doors. They should have not given us a room there while under construction or at least waited till later in the day to start all that nonsense. So disappointing with this also there where little mat looking flies in the room.

Hot tubs were not always hot, but no controls available, so you were at the mercy of the front desk to make a maintenance request. It would be nice to get a basic cup of coffee from the cafe without spending $5 each time. The lobby did not have any convenience items, needed to walk the the next hotel to buy a Tylenol. But rooms were clean, and the grounds were nice looking.

Decent stay with some issues
Checkin was busy but the ladies handled it well. My room at first glance was clean enough but later that evening I took a shower and the only thing I walked on barefoot was the carpet my feet were black. I took a wash cloth and ran it over the carpet and it was so dirty. I would stay here again however I just feel they need better quality checks.the shower pressure was insane got water everywhere and the desk phone to call front desk housekeeping did not work. Oh also no microwaves unless you pay more which is weird and rooms are very small. But did what I needed it is I do.

Good easy location , Close to everything. Malls, food etc. One thing i hate is MJ smoke, unortinaate that people get non smoking rooms or they put smoking rooms next to NON smoking rooms. We had a baby (2yr) in our room. And the person next to us decided to smoke. It permeated our room... that was unpleasant to deal with. People need fo respect the rules or stay elsewhere!

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to FWY and walkable to the Town and Country convention center. The BW Hotel have friendly and helpful staffs, but the rooms may need some renovation. The carpet inside the rooms were old and smelly.
