The villa Vista Mar II was built in bungalow style. The living space is therefore on one floor. The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have double beds with onsuite bathrooms (directly connected bathrooms in the adjoining room) and a single bedroom with the possibility of a second pull-out bed for a second person.
Villa Vista Mar 2 also has a second living room, which is equipped with a sofa bed. Thus, a total of 10 people have the opportunity to find enough space for your stay here. Bookable is the villa therefore basically for 8 people but for 10 people without surcharge usable.
The villa offers a fantastic view of the sea. Especially for this purpose a special construction was built for the spectacular positioning of the whirlpool Hot Tube. Here you have not only from the pool an incredible sea view, also directly from the whirlpool / hot tube enjoy here an unforgettable panoramic view over the sea to Fuerteventura.
Of course, Villa Vista Mar 2 also offers enough space to relax and have fun. In addition to the sun-covered pergola with BBQ grill, there is a large terrace with lounge and second dining table, as well as a swimming pool area with appropriate sunbathing facilities. In addition, the sun terrace by the jacuzzi and the two living rooms with corresponding 3 sofas offer space to relax.
On the property to the south there is another BBQ grill area with stunning views of the sea.
Villa Vista Mar II has TV streaming in all bedrooms and living rooms and WiFi Internet with 600 M/bit throughout the building. For this purpose, more than 220 meters of fiber optic cable have been specially laid, so that your vacation lacks nothing.
All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and streaming apps in addition to the living rooms. Like the possibility to use Netflix, Amazon Prime, PlutoTv or many other streaming services (DAZN, Disney+ and many more).
The villa also has 2 Alexa music streaming boxes, as well as in the kitchen: a kitchen robot, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, blender, fruit press, microwave, double door refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob and much more.
The 32 sqm pool with Roman steps and the 5 person whirlpool / hot tube invite you to relax. The pool has a size of 8 meters by 4 meters and a depth of 0.80 cm falling to 1.30 meters. It is heated by solar all year round and thus reaches a temperature of 28 to 30 degrees C in the summer months. In the winter months from November to May 22 - 24 degrees C. In addition, the pool has an electric heater and can thus be heated to 28 - 30 degrees C even in the winter months. If you wish to have the extra electric heating of the pool during the winter months, this is possible for an additional weekly fee of 150 EUR.

Güime is not far from the airport. The journey time is about 6 minutes, yet it is very quiet there. In the village there is a tapas bar, which is highly recommended.
The bus stop is near the villa and is a 5 minute walk away.
The bus connection is good, so a vehicle is not necessarily needed.
The nearest beach is Playa Matagorda and is located about 7 km from the villa.
The nearest supermarket is HiperDino and is located about 4 km from the villa.
The cab ride to the airport and to Playa Honda, where the nearest and very large beach Playa Matagorda is located, costs about 10 EUR.
The cab ride to Arrecife, which is about 8 km away costs about 10 EUR.
The cab ride to Puerto del Carmen, which is 12 km away, costs about 15 EUR.

During your stay you should consider the following information.
The villa has an alarm system, which must always be activated when leaving the villa! The property is under video surveillance.
The furnishing items are not to be moved and may remain in your place.
The interior furnishings and indoor furniture in the villa are not suitable for the outside areas or even allowed to take away.
Shower towels are provided, one smaller and one larger per person. Beach towels are not provided. You must provide your own shower and toiletries. However, usually there is already something in the villa by previous tenants.
For the coffee machine you need coffee beans, which you can buy well in supermarkets or are already available from previous tenants. The same applies to detergent and dishwashing liquid.
On the electrical heatability of the pool we would like to point out again here that this is possible in the winter months for an additional fee of 150 EUR per week and must be communicated before arrival at least 1 week before. So that the heat supply is guaranteed.
Please pay attention to appropriate hygiene when using the pool and hot tube. Basically hot tubes are very warm where bacteria spread quickly and the water quality is quickly affected. Therefore, it is strongly advised to always shower before use. This also applies to the heated pool!
Please do not make any changes to the settings of the technology, professional staff is engaged for this.
The air conditioning is time controlled and is available at meal times and in the evening hours.
You are on an island. Here, special care should be taken with the resources. Water is a precious resource and should not be wasted. Garbage should be separated for the sake of the environment on the island. The following separation should be observed: Plastic and metal (YELLOW), paper (BLUE), glass (GREEN), residual waste (GRAY) (food waste/non-recyclable).
At the intersection where you turn to go up the hill to the villa you will find large dumpsters. These are the containers used to dispose of your trash.
Interactions with guests:
We are available via WhatsApp and by phone during the hours of 9am to 10pm. Late checkin and self checkin are possible without any problems.
Check out must be done by 10 am. A longer desired stay is possible by arrangement, if possible, against payment.
This must be agreed and announced before arrival.
