Wonderful holiday home in the form of a villa, located in the first line of the beach of San Agustin - Las Burras, in the south of Gran Canaria, with large garden and private pool.

"Villa El Veril" in the south of Gran Canaria has 5 double bedrooms and four bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.

The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are distributed over two floors:

GROUND FLOOR HAS:
- 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- 2 bedrooms with single beds
- 1 bathroom with separate shower
- 1 bedroom with two bunk beds and en-suite bathroom with shower

UPPER FLOOR HAS:
On the upper floor there is a totally independent studio flat, with private access and which has 1 double bed, full bathroom, a small kitchenette.
It also has access to a nice balcony with wonderful sea views.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and other utensils necessary for a carefree stay.

Through the living-dining room you can access the garden with numerous sun loungers for sunbathing next to the private heated swimming pool (with supplement). The garden has a barbecue and outdoor dining area with awnings to make its use more pleasant. Through the terrace you have direct access to the promenade.

The beach of San Agustin is a beach of more than 600 metres in length and soft toasted sand. With calm waters and little current, its waves are moderate enough to have fun with the little ones on the shore jumping waves. And on its long promenade, which connects to the south with the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés, there are many terraces, bars and restaurants where you can eat. There are sun loungers and parasols for hire, lifeguards, showers, free parking and connection with the Maspalomas bus network.

Excellent house and location
The pictures are accurate. The house and property are very good location and quality. It is great to be a short walk to the town and beach, but also far enough from the stores to be in a quiet area that is peaceful at night. Small grocery and liquor store is nearby. Nice yard, outdoor kitchen and pool...Definitely pay the extra euros to heat the pool. We liked putting the teenagers in the separate apartment above, while the adults could have the rooms downstairs (we had 6 adults and 4 teens). The items that could have been better are: at this price, the place should be stocked with a proper amount of basic supplies. They only gave us 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom, no extra garbage bags, very few spices in the kitchen, and most annoyingly, no grilling tools for the outdoor barbeque. There is no tools to make a BBQ fire or manipulate the coals. Add these to the grill area to make it usable. Other than that, the guy who checks you in is useless. He says "if you need anything, call me" but then he never answers the phone or texts if you need anything. If those things were fixed/changed, I could give this place 5 stars.

Wir freuten uns, ein zwar teures Objekt aber an perfekter Lage gefunden zu haben. Nach der unmotivierten und sehr hastigen Übergabe, wo uns weder der komplizierte TV noch die Klimaanlage oder sonst etwas erklärt wurde, bemerkten wir in einem Schlafzimmer eine grosse Wasserpfütze am Boden. Wir stellten fest, dass das Wasser aus dem dazugehörigen Badezimmer kam. Wir reklamierten sofort und wurden zurechtgewiesen, uns gefälligst anständig zu benehmen… soweit so gut, obwohl wir selber nun das Zimmer reinigten, war am folgenden Tag eine noch größere Pfütze im Zimmer. Nach erneutem Reklamieren kam jemand, der zwar viel lärm machte, aber das Problem nicht beheben konnte. So schafften wir nun täglich während einer Woche 3-4 Kessel Wasser aus dem Haus, um zu verhindern, dass das ganze Haus unter Wasser steht. Die Verwaltung kümmerte dies nicht sonderlich, und nach dem gefühlten 20. x reklamieren, dass wir ja eigentlich hier seien um Ferien zu machen und nicht, um das Haus nicht absaufen zu lassen, kam jemand, der die Duschwanne rausnahm und ein unbewohnbares Zimmer hinterliess. Als Alternative bit man uns eine Wohnung an mit 1 Schlafzimmer und lediglich 4 Betten, wir waren aber zu fünft… Ich kann nur sagen, Finger weg von diesem Vermieter, denn ausser viel Ärger, viel Gestank, Lärm und alles andere als erholsame Ferien konnten wir nicht erleben. Dabei haben wir noch gar nicht erwähnt, dass die Betten Schmutzig waren bei der Ankunft und das Haus scho sehr lange keine gründliche Reinigung mehr hatte. Positiv bleibt zu erwähnen, dass die Lage nahe den Stränden und der Einkaufszentren top ist…
