to start Hotels.com messed up my booking. I asked for 2 rooms in 1 apartment. they booked me 2 apartments and would not refund one of them. I contacted the hotel and explained im a single mother with a disabled adult who needs one to one and a child. The hotel said they couldnt refund either but would take it higher. thats the last i heard about it. so i paid for an apartment that was empty. As for the apartments, the shower was broken in one of them, would not stay in holder so had to hold it while trying to shower. both flooded and the bathrooms stunk of drains. The extractor fan above the hob
was hanging off. . broken sofa. no kettle. No AC, really hard to sleep. The beds had 2 thin mattresses on top of each other , which slipped apart from each other, you were lucky not to wake up on the floor. The pool closed about 8. the pool bar closed at 5 or sometimes earlier. no other means of getting drinks, food or snacks. no entertainment at all, not even a pool table or swing. No ball games anywhere, not even in the pool.
You were not allowed anywhere on the property after 10 in the evening, except for your own balcony, which had only one chair for 3 people. would definitely not recommend to families. had we not had trips booked each day my children would have been so bored.
The only good thing was the friendly staff
