Rooms look like they were touched up by an unprofessional, and the property looks like it's pending a renovation or at least a little TLC to the areas. A lot of outlets not working, or the available ice machines. Visible roaches around the building and in the rooms. If they were dead then you can tell they're spraying for pests, but doesn't look too maintained.

Terrible experiencia, desde el check in ya que el empleado de noche Davon moos dejo esperando 10 minutos porque estaba atendiendo una llamada desde su celular. Nos informó que no había WiFi en donde al preguntar si había algo que pudiéramos hacer como un cambio de habitación su contestación fue “no es mi problema”. El hotel está sumamente descuidado ya que mientras nos dirigíamos a nuestra habitación vimos al menos 3 más con vidrios quebrados. Al llegar a la habitación si bien se veía limpia, las sábanas estaban manchadas y el baño sin funcionar. No pasé ni una sola noche ya que por obvias razones preferí buscar otro hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Extremely dirty, old, run down. Moldy, third world like. Broken boarded up windows, roaches, tv didn’t work and wasn’t fixed after being reported. Pool closed down

The experience and customer service left a sour taste. We tried resolving the issue but the service rep was just as bad as the room. For it being an executive suite it was worse than subpar. Room wasn’t painted right, the carpet was all sorts of nasty. We let my nephew play around on the ground and his legs and hands turned black on how dirty the floor was within 2 minutes of just crawling around. The sink wasn’t cleaned the fridge had live cockroaches. This room was infested with roaches. When we asked for supplies to clean ourselves we were told they couldn’t because of a law. Okay. However when I asked to see if they could come clean this African American man just shrugged and said we would have to come back in the morning. This was only 1 of many bad encounters throughout our stay. Won’t ever be coming back to this place. My family have used these hotels for years without a problem. Was always met with great customer service. This place worst and a really turn table. Never will use this facility again.

I didn’t like how I checked in, went to my room that was on the third floor, to find out that I did not have any light. Like none whatsoever. No lightbulbs in any lamps and the switch wouldn’t do anything. Smelled like smoke. Felt ghetto and unsafe.

The ice makers did not work and it would have been good to have coffee in the rooms. We would ask the staff for towels or toilet paper and they would send us somewhere to get it. It would have been better if they could just give it to us. We are on vacation.

This is a property that you get what you pay for. We got it because its really close to sea world. They dont clean the rooms in between your stay (you have to ask). If you need towels and/or toilet paper you have to go to the front and get it yourself. Make sure you take your own everything if your coming here. But you cant beat the price.

Do not book here. Pool was dirty and not in use. Front desk is very rude. Room has roaches and spiders. Ac doesn’t work well. Bathroom was broken, and the towels were not clean. I’d say stay here if it is the last option. Please go somewhere else.
