Staff was very nice. Room was large. You can hear the freeway outside, but I never heard it inside. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, which was great. It was convenient for restaurants nearby - plenty of choices. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good. The room was cleaned daily. The only issue was the water in the shower did not drain fast enough. It could use new carpet.

Front desk staff was unprofessional, never made eye contact and was rude and slow. Older lady, maybe Asian, no customer service. Room was outdated and dirty. Stains on bed cover and lamp shade. Limited towels and no blanket in room.
