Great Hotel. Spacious room. The staff was on top of things. 24/7 coffee and a very good breakfast. The location is fabulous right in the middle of the Rim. If your vacation includes shopping, this is the place.

3rd time to stay in this hotel this year, vacationing with family. Clean clean clean. Staff is friendly. Pet friendly hotel and my pet is welcome. The RIM shops and restaurants are besides the hotel. Upscale yuppie new neighborhood. Will stay here again.
