They wanted to charge me pet fee’s for a service animal and I had to prove to them that they cannot charge me on a service animal and smoking outside near my own vehicle is not allowed they got mad for me being outside of my room after hours it’s like they give you a curfew but at the same time so many suspicious people are walking around the property one person was riding around the property all night trying to sell drugs and I told the office guy and he said he’s a guest at the room but got mad at me for smoking outside in my car I felt like it was racial profiling however I needed to extend my stay for one more day and they wanted to charge me double the deposit I mean really what’s that about it’s ridiculous I’m never going to stay there again and I come to San Antonio frequently and the WiFi just don’t work the tv don’t work and I can go on and on but I think I said enough

The property was nice however the area facing the restaurant had some debris around it that look like it been there for a while otherwise it was very pleasant clean and very affordable

The check in process was simple and yes, they require a deposit, but it is returned to your card a couple days later. The room had everything I needed (hair dryer, coffee, ice bucket, microwave, and fridge.) Very happy with my stay!

Terrible staff. Hadn't heard of luggage storage. Had to explain it to them. Lobby A/C was broken. Didn't acknowledge or say anything about it like "Sorry, the AC doesnt work, we're getting someone out here to fix it". Or anything of that nature. No pleasany banter, just silent and awkward. His brother or family member came in diring my short time at the front desk and they started speaking their native language (Indian). They obviously dont have any experience runnung a hotel, and should consider runnung a different kind of business that doesnt involve customer service. Room.was clean, buta holes in the wall that werent patched and painted over. They need to up their game a lot.
