The first time we stayed here, the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. This time around not so much, the check in clerk was rude and had an attitude as if we were bothering her from being on her phone. The breakfast staff was extremely rude, never said good morning or excuse me, or may I help you. When I asked for utensils the lady told me they are over there. When I corrected her and informed her that the container was empty, another lady came out with a box and slammed it on the counter with a look of disgust and an attitude. Never said excuse me to anyone, just pushed her self into the counter area and filled them up and walked away. Honestly rethinking about staying here again when we go back to San Antonio. May have to try another hotel up the road for a little less money, but hopefully better service.

We decided last minute to go to a comedy show in downtown San Antonio. However we didn’t want to stay downtown. This area was easy accessible from Austin as well as driving to downtown San Antonio. The parking was complimentary, ample lighting and walked at night by a security officer. The rooms were spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and there were several mirrors in the case it’s a girls trip. I would definitely stay here again when I return to San Antonio. Thank you

Nice size room. Bed was really comfortable! Only downside was, trash bags not wrapped on trash cans, poor lighting in bathroom room, nice walk in shower though. TV would not connect to Google Chromecast, but overall nice room. They had an onsite bar, did not try it.
