It may be far from the Riverwalk but it was a nice evening walk for us with small children, about 15 minutes. The city's Little Runner, a free cab, does pick up and drop off to this hotel. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the breakfast selction was wonderful. Parking was only $10 for 24-hours so that was really a great bonus.

San antonio getaway
I love the fact there was a late checkout. Receiving text from the hotel since checking in, made the stay very comfortable, and felt very personalized. Courtesy toothpaste and toothbrush was a life saver!

Great Location!
I have stayed in this hotel multiple times while in SA to see family, and I enjoy the location, friendly staff, and general condition of the property. My only negative comment relates to parking because spots are limited and often very difficult to get in the late evening.

the hotel room was a little warm and i had family members get stuck on the elevator which was stressful. I would not return to this hotel. The pool had a STRONG chlorine stench that burned your eyes without even being inside the actual water.

Great Place to stay breakfast was pretty good for hotel food. Pool is pretty small and heavy on the chlorine! Downside i didnt like that we had to PAY for parking ($10 per night) when we are already paying a good amount to stay here! Then the PAYED parking is LIMITED and if their SMALL lot is full u gotta park in the neighboring business garage.

Hotel needs a few changes
I was shocked during check in to get a room with a king bed and couch when advertised a "double king room". The advertisement for the room was misleading and should be corrected. Overflow parking was at a sketchy area. The breakfast was not good during my entire stay. Undercooked protein and potatoes. The staff was however nice and the rooms were clean.

I live this hotel, so close to river walk and market square. Our room smelled so clean and the wonderful housekeeping team did it again. They organized my son’s plushies on the bed he slept in. They covered his Luigi plushie last year. Thank you so much!!! And breakfast is always very good the ladies there made sure everything was stocked!! I just love staying here!!! Thank you so much!!!
