Enjoy a relaxing weekend or weeknight staycation at our newly renovated and farmhouse chic vacation rental. This two bedroom and one and a half bath house is located with easy access to two major highways (281 & 1604) and plenty of amenities including grocery stores, shopping, a movie theater, ice skating, miniature golf and more! In a quiet established neighborhood lined with large oak trees, you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy a nature walk in the neighborhood park, play a round of tennis or even shoot some hoops. There are scenic views which often include loving neighborhood deer grazing in the nearby lawns. From the 280 sq. ft. air conditioned screen porch, you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee and bird watch or relax with a glass of wine following a day out and about in the lovely San Antonio and surrounding hill country.

The property is located 6.4 miles (10 minute drive) from the San Antonio International Airport, and 14 miles from downtown San Antonio (20 minute drive) which boasts many attractions such as the river walk, Alamo, Pearl district and nearby San Antonio Zoo, gardens and museums. To the west, you can visit Fiesta Texas (11 miles), La Cantera Shopping Mall, and Sea World (23 miles).

Homecoming weekend
We were in town for homecoming weekend at UTSA to see my daughter cheer at the game. Really lovely stay at a really lovely place. Everything was as described. Really enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard. The location was really convenient to UTSA and the Alamodome.If I were a knitpicker, it would be that the water didn't get quite as hot as we like. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Super comfortable and convenient
We needed a place to stay near our daughters in-laws for a family gathering. I also needed a large kitchen to finish decorating the cakes I had made. This was a very comfortable home to stay in. I enjoyed sitting in the sunroom Several times a day. We love to walk Morning and afternoon and the neighborhood was very pleasant to walk in. Cathy was very easy to communicate with and Home was very welcoming.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked through the door. Everything felt so welcoming and the enclosed room with the big windows was the best. Great house. Perfect for our stay
I love so many things! The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. Almost like home. Nice neighborhood and close to where we were visiting. We went to the Riverwalk and Morgans Wonderland. And it was too cool to see all the deer in the neighborhood. Just hanging out in the front yards. The only con was the water pressure in the kitchen sink. But it was not a deal breaker as everything else was awesome including the price. I would stay there again.

A sweet home away from home.
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The area was quiet and felt very safe, which was a bonus for two women, one of which had never stayed at VRBO rental. It made a very good first impression on her. If you have any doubts about the trundle bed in one of the bedrooms, don't. I have sleep issues but this bed was very comfortable and I slept surprisingly well. Host was great as well. I plan on coming back to to San Antonio next year and hope this home will still be available. I would stay here again for sure.

Cozy Place To Stay In SA
Very nice and cozy home that was clean and had amenities to make us feel at home. The backyard was nice and large enough for our dogs. There are many restaurants and shopping located nearby. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, plus had many deer roaming to make you forget you're in the city! Without hesitation we would stay here during our next visit to San Antonio.

For us the most important part of a vacation is the rental property and this home exceeded our expectations! First, it was very well kept including the yard and dang near immaculate! So clean! Second, the house was well stocked with all the basic necessities I could not believe it we could basically unpack and relax. Didn’t miss a detail. Highly recommend this home and omg the deer! Comfortable stay!
We really enjoyed this home for our little getaway to San Antonio. It’s so convenient to everything we planned to do. (We are from DFW and everything in San Antonio seemed to easy to get to) A nice quiet neighborhood and comfortable house. We really loved the sunroom, great for reading a book or having conversations. There are neighborhood white tailed deer that hang around in the yards and that was fun to see. When we come back to San Antonio we plan to stay here again.

Beautiful place and location
It’s located very close to a freeway but far enough that you couldn’t tell from the home. The home was very cozy feeling both rustic and modern in best way possible. Frequent deer sightings in both the front and back! Would love to stay again in a return to San Antonio!

Peaceful and relaxing stay
Our stay was the perfect place for us and our older dog. The property description was spot on as listed. The neighborhood was large with lots of trees and a great place for humans and animals to walk. Speaking of animals; the deer herd that calls the area home brought us both to curiosity and smiles all during our long stay. A shopping area is within walking distance or by car. HEB grocery, pet store, Ross' clothing, Marshall's, Nordstrom Rack, salons (hair & nail), Harbor Freight and many local and brand name restaurants. Many accolades to Cathy and Kevin for a strong commitment to this beautiful place and for allowing us a very peaceful and relaxing stay in San Antonio. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
