Waited a long time to check in at 3:00. Then was told she wasn’t sure which rooms were clean. She texted the maid, no answer so she had to go find the maid to find out where to put us. Assigned a room and two keys. First key wasn’t programmed so it didn’t work. Once we got the key to work the door wouldn’t open because the lock was stuck. Floor inside the door was just mopped and a hazard because it was wet! The hallways were so hot and muggy. Turned on the air in the room guess what, it didn’t cool down appropriately. Closed the curtains to attempt to sleep on the not so comfy beds. Woke up and pulled the curtains open to realize the entire window pane was about to fall out of this third floor window! Was very happy to leave that hotel behind!

1.Given a hdcp access room, problem with closet, shower, etc. 2. The door would not lock, deadbolt 3. Shelf was loose in the bathroom 4. Could not hang a suit coat in closet as closet not deep enough. 5. Sheets on the bed were old, had little burrs of fabric all throughout the sheets. It bothered our sleeping. 6. Base of toilet was dirty. Not cleaned.
