Wonderful apartment with very large private, fenced yard with hot tub. The entire apartment was recently remodeled with designer touches. Fantastically comfortable queen bed plus a day bed surrounded by corner windows for a very cozy spot to read a book and look out to the hills. 4 person dinning table, large tv, fireplace, and everything you need to have a wonderful stay.
The entire unit and yard are for the private use by the guest. The large yard is completely fenced and is only for the guest of this unit.
We live around the corner and previously lived in this space for several years prior to renting it out. We respect your privacy but we are available if you need anything or have questions.
Just two blocks from downtown San Anselmo. Very convenient location with open space, shops, cafes, and transit just steps away.
Off street parking for two cars on site in driveway or park on private street right in front of the apartment. 20 minute drive to Golden Gate Bridge. 10 minutes to Golden Gate Ferry and SMART train. Also San Anselmo is a bike friendly community. Easy flat rides to quaint Fairfax or Ross or test your skills on the vast number of MTB trails that surround our town.
If you are sensitive to noise and looking for a secluded, very quiet type of property this is probably not for you. Please know that since this apartment is centrally located to downtown, that there is more potential for "city" noise. Our guests love its central location and the ability to walk to shopping, cafes, grocery stores and quick access to public transit. We used to live in the property prior to turning it into an Airbnb and were think it strikes the right balance between convenience, access to amenities quick access to open space.
If you bring your pet, please make sure to be a responsible pet owner. We are a pet friendly property and we want to keep it that way. That means...pick up any poop. Please do your best to keep your pet off the couch and beds. A doggy bed is in the closet so please make sure they use it. We also have a doggy towel to wipe their paws, also located in the closet. We do not allow any dogs (pets or service animals) to be left unattended at the property, please make sure to take your dog with you. These rules include service animals as well as emotional support animals. There are so many great hikes and dog friendly areas close by to enjoy and if you needed any ideas or suggestions, please let me know.
This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc are not allowed anywhere in the unit or outside in patios or balconies. If we determine that you have violated this rule we will charge you a penalty equivalent of one night rental, plus cost of fumigating.
We also ask that you respect our neighbors. We have other guests/tenants in the building and we ask that everyone be respectful. Please do not block the driveways of our neighbors or cause any disturbances. Though directions to the property are clear, if you have any doubt please call me or text me. I am always available.
Check-out Procedure: For check-out we like to keep it easy and simple. No need to worry about bedding or towels. We will take care of all this once you have checked out. Just make sure to clean any dirty dishes, place trash in outside garbage bin, turn off lights and heater and place key back in lock box.
