Tub was peeling. Pool was rusty and green. Breakfast was clean and organized but was instant eggs and cheap sausage. I would not stay there again.

The front desk employee was not very welcoming. The toilet seat was barely attached. I called requesting maintenance and was told they didn’t have any on duty. The sheets did not fit the bed. The corners popped off the bed. The breakfast was very limited. When we returned to the hotel after dinner the lobby was full of customers waiting on their rooms.

Not worth it
We arrived just before 3pm (check in time). Was told our room was not ready and they did not know when it would be ready because housekeeping was behind. We were also told we were the only ones there waiting for a room. After about an hour wait, a room was ready. It was not well cleaned. The beds were nicely made and it smelled nice but the longer we stayed we noticed more things. The bathtub was gross, the shower head was caked in grime, towels had stains as well as the bed linens. The exercise room had broken equipment and the pool was disgusting. The staff both at arrival and the next day were not friendly, helpful and were just rude. Many things could have been overlooked if the staff wasn’t so rude. We only stayed one night and if it weren’t for it being a holiday weekend we would have gone elsewhere but everything nearby was booked. We love San Angelo and hope to visit again soon but we won’t be staying here again.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast above average. The pool was clean and towels were supplied at the site for use. I was very disappointed that cheap tickets got some details incorrect. We had a party of 9, which cheap tickets assured us would fit into two room (5 in one and 4 in the other.). When we got to our rooms, there were two queen beds per room. Because they were double occupancy, they were not allowed to give us a cot because of a fire hazard. We had to squeeze three girls (13, 11 and 9) into one bed. Not acceptable. This is the second time Cheaptickets has made a mistake on their end which has dampened our hotel experience. I expect that they will do something to fix it or we will not be using their services in the future.
