A equipe do hotel é comprometida com o bem estar dos hóspedes e fazem o possível para a comodidade e bem estar. O café da manhã é excelente para o estilo buffet brasileiro. Por outro lado, as instalações do hotel precisam de urgente atenção. São paredes sujas, com mofo, roupa de cama e toalhas velhas e em mau estado de conservação. Eu não me.hospedaria novamente, a não ser que fossem melhorados os pontos negativos.

It is near a sktechy location but the immediate area is ok. The room needed to be painted and the water takes 1t minutes tinget hot sometimes. Wifi drops frequently. Overall it wasn't bad for the lrice though.

Um dos piores hotéis que fiquei na minha vida. Equipe da recepção amadora, sem uniforme, terrivelmente apresentados. Sem atenção aos clientes. Hotel em péssimas condições é visível na chegada. Cheguei às 20:45 e o restaurante já não atendia, e não tinha serviço de quarto. Os TRÊS elevadores sociais quebrados, todos forçados a usar o de serviço: deplorável. Quarto: tudo velho, estragado, tomadas antigas fora de padrão de segurança, móveis desgastados e quebrados, banheiro mofado, porta estragada e estufada, janelas que não fecham direito. Uma espelunca. Quero ser reembolsado dessa estadia.
