This was a great stay. It is starting to look dated but progress in up grades can be seen around the resort. Resturant was great. Lots of choices for food and beach space in area around by foot. For our first time in Brazil from Canada felt safe walking around even at night Only bad thing was heavy sewage smell in bathrooms all three of our rooms with no vent fans Staff at front desk was over the top, most of the time with English option.

CafĆ© da manhĆ£ bem servido, quarto superior (101) muito espaƧoso e aconchegante (cama, travesseiros e roupa de cama confortĆ”veis), com vista para o mar. Restaurante do hotel serve pratos saborosos e bem apresentados. Ɓrea da piscina gostosa. ServiƧo excelente! Todos muito simpĆ”ticos e prestativos!! Na praia se formam piscinas naturais. Contras: localizaĆ§Ć£o deixa a desejar em termos de entretenimento, porĆ©m, pra quem procura relaxar dentro do hotel, acho uma Ć³tima opĆ§Ć£o. Se for Ć  praia leve sua cadeira/guarda-sol, pois tem pouca estrutura (na parte mais prĆ³xima ao hotel). Tem algumas barracas, mas achei a higiene precĆ”ria.

Escrevi antes de chegar pedindo para que o quarto tivesse um berƧo jĆ” pronto pois estarĆ­amos chegando de um voo internacional com um bebĆŖ as 10 da noite. Ao chegar no hotel, nos colocaram em um quarto que o ar condicionado estava quebrado. Nos disseram que o hotel estava lotado e iam concertar o ar. Depois de meia hora Ć© muito estresse ā€œconcertaramā€ o ar, apenas para 10 minutos depois o ar comeƧar a fazer um barulho estrondoso e fazer meu filho entrar em pĆ¢nico. SĆ³ entĆ£o eles finalmente nos trocaram de quarto. O processo todo demorou quase uma hora. Algo que poderia e deveria ter sido evitado caso a equipe do hotel prestasse mais atenĆ§Ć£o Ć s condiƧƵes dos equipamentos eletrĆ“nicos. O ar deve ter pelo menos 20 anos. O da sala era novo. Por que nĆ£o trocar os dois? Porque no primeiro instante que sabiam que estĆ”vamos com um bebĆŖ que precisava dormir jĆ” nĆ£o nos trocaram de quarto? Absurdo!!!!

It is a beautiful and boutique property , very special and unique. The service was fabulous and the staff was so friendly! We love the breakfast each morning and the pool is amazing. It was great for our family and would recommend to anyone traveling with kids or just a couple looking to spend a few nights away. A truly lovely little getaway in Itapua!
