The hotel is a great place to stay when flying out of SLC. We saved a lot of money by leaving our car and taking their shuttle to the airport. When we returned the shuttle arrived in 10 minutes from the time I called them.

This was my first time trying Tru. We usually stay at Homewood Suites, also by Hilton, and we prefer the latter. Tru is a bit modern in feel, and not our style. I think it is good to have options for all, so I am sure that it will suit some just fine. Our one complaint was the sparse furniture and few places to put stuff. The night table (orange thing that is shaped like an hourglass) was wobbly, and only one chair. Otherwise, superbly clean and staff were gracious. Good value.

This is a nice hotel to stay at and leave your car when flying out of the SLC airport. The shuttle driver was personable and helpful.

Asked for a crib a few weeks before our stay. Also called to make sure they had one, to which they told me they did. Showed up to the hotel after a long day of traveling and then was told they didn’t have any. Rooms are clean, bed are pretty comfy. The breakfast is very below average.

We left too early to catch a shuttle so they provided a cab at not extra cost. They also gave us a breakfast bag to take with us since we left too early to take advantage of the breakfast. Very sweet staff.

This was the last stop of a 14-day trip. It was pretty good overall. The only issue we really had was the breakfast options given... not sure who think keilbasa sausage is a breakfast option. Having that as a breakfast option the day you fly out was not ideal. Yes there were pancakes, cereal, and bagel/pastries but a better protein option would have been nice.

Very good value for the price.
Clean, comfortable, nice lobby area (plenty of varied seating areas, pool table). GOod breakfast with some hot options. Checkout at noon. Only downside was near highway so that noise, but I simply had the fan run all night, which covered up the noise.
