It feels like home and its relaxing. Hanna was very friendly and the cleaning people were very nice. I just referred my friends from California traveling here in Utah and checked in to Royal Inn last night. I would come here anytime to relax and just to be away from home. It was far from the more respectable and cleanest places I have stayed and enjoyed.. the carpets are stained in the hall ways and in the rooms as well. Dirty and damaged hotel.

It's not the place I expected. I know the price is reasonable, but the place is dirty, old, noisy, and even though it's a smoke-free place, it still smells like cigarettes. My husband and I stayed for a week and they never cleaned; they only provided the toilet paper and tissues. The sheets and towels were clean but very old and torn. Bad service!
