I disliked their room cleaning policy very much. There is a card in the bathroom stating that the rooms will be cleaned automatically after the third night of the guest's stay, OR by request to the front desk. On the day after our third night, I was told that our room was not scheduled for cleaning and that I would have to speak with the staff at the front desk. I tried, but no one was on duty at 9:00 am. i called a few minutes later and still no answer, so I had to call Expedia who connected me with the local Quality Inn switchboard where I was finally able to leave a cleaning request message. On our way out of the hotel at approximately 9:45 am, there was still no one on the front desk, so I didn't know if my request had actually made it until we returned that night. At least, the room had been attended to somewhat, but none of the sundries like soap, were replenished. I did like the amount and brightness of the lights in the room. We used the refrigerator and microwave. I liked the desk area and chair. I am very short, so I particularly appreciated that the beds were not as high as in many other places!
