House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets
- No parties
- Do not sleep on any of our couches; sleep in designated beds only.
- Do not put any food or drink on the pool table. Stains are not cleanable and require the pool to be re-felted. Cost for re-felting is $850 minimum; you will be responsible to cover this cost if you stain the pool table.
- Do not move or sit on the pool table; it will unlevel it and potentially damage the slate inside the table. Guests will be responsible for the costs to have the pool table repaired and leveled.
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- We are unable to accommodate late check outs.
- If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you break it, fix it. If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, please clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
