Lobby was pretty dirty, there was a spill in the entry of the elevator (looked pretty bad!) that was ignored. Night clerk after 10:00 PM was not so friendly or helpful. Paid to leave car there and fly, if flight is late getting in, there is no shuttle service.

7 hour delay forced a night stay in Salt Lake. Reserved a room and received an email from microtell to fill out registration in advance to speed check in. I did so, put in address info, credit card, and license photo. When I got to the hotel at 1 am has to do it all over again. Sullen clerk could not be bothered to offer an explanation. Breakfast was limited and held in the entryway, with Fox News blaring. And to top it off, the coffee sucked.

I woke up to water dripping from the ceiling in my bathroom. I called the front desk and she said she would send maintenance to my room. I waited for 20 minutes and asked for an update. She said maintenance was on their way. I waited another 20 minutes, the drip stopped, so I asked to cancel the call because I needed to get ready to get back on the road. I mopped the mess up the best I could with the towels in the room. The person behind the counter didn’t appear to care at all about the situation.
