This is the first hotel that made beds with so many sheets. There is no need to put a sheet over the comforter. Very uncomfortable sleeping! Maybe a microwave and small. Frig would be nice for folks traveling

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, but the major problems were the noise, the size of the room, and the service. My room was extremely small — much smaller than what the photos online suggested. For the same price, I could have chosen many other hotels with more space, but I trusted the photos and decided to book here. Walking in, I was very disappointed. On top of that, there was a constant humming sound in the room, and the highway noise was very noticeable, making it difficult to rest. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, I was told the hotel was full. While I cannot verify this, I chose to believe it. However, I was then told that if I wanted to move to another room, I would need to pay extra. This is unacceptable. The noise issue was caused by the hotel itself, and it should not be the guest’s responsibility to pay more in order to resolve it. The attitude of the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive, which left me very disappointed. Overall, the stay was unpleasant, and I feel the hotel made no genuine effort to assist me as a guest.
