There was a door to the next unit. I could hear low conversational voices, flushing of toilet, etc. Sliding doors to bathrooms only added to transmission of sounds. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

One of my night’s stay there was no heat whatsoever and it was very cold and miserable and we could not sleep. It had to be around 50 degrees in our room or less. The staff were rude and seemed to not care. A maintenance guy showed up 8 hours later at around 9:00am and was super nice and fixed the issue at the wall furnace but again the front desk was very rude. Maintenance guy said it was a known problem and said it was an old system to where each individual room had to be switched over to winter mode from summer mode. The next day the front desk manager called our room and made up a story about frozen valves (obviously he had no HVAC knowledge whatsoever and was confrontational when I pointed out that his explanation made no mechanical sense). The staff seemed very non-caring and the manager was very defensive when I explained our issue and complaint. Good note: The restaurant staff were super nice. One other issue, housekeeping knocked on our door multiple mornings between 7am and 8am while do not disturb sign was prominently displayed on outside door knob. And on our last morning there, housekeeping not only knocked on our door between 7am and 8am (all while do not disturbed sign was on the door) but came back a half hour later and opened the door while we were changing (inexcusable) and when asked why she opened the door language barrie prevented any dialogue. Other points worth noting, several light bulbs were out and sofa in our room suite was worn out dirty looking.

We stay at this hotel several times a year. There is a note by the check-in desk, they are getting ready to remodel the property which is advising to me because it is beautiful as-is bid. It is 5 minutes from Primary Children’s Hospital

The quality if room was very low. Bathroom had mold, shower wouldn't drain, toilet was dirty from previous guest. Room was not well put together. Vents in room and bathroom were all caked in dirt and dust. An elevator was down most of the time causing long delays. Hydration station was not clean. Having to pay for parking was unnecessary.
