The rooms were nice and clean. However, there was absolutely nothing in the rooms. I understand stand it is an extended stay but should still have a basic things such as disposable cups, shampoo and conditioner and a blow dryer. They didn’t even have anything at front desk or if they did you had to buy them. I’ve stayed in many extended stays that have a couple plates, glasses, silverware, dish soap etc.

I was excited to try this brand-new hotel near my daughters' house. It was clean and the staff was friendly. But the rooms had little to be desired. I could have gotten passed the overly minimalistic (aka boring & uninviting) decor IF the bed and pillows had been comfortable and the room supplied with standard amenities such as an iron, blow dryer, hangers, coffee pot etc. Those items were not even available at the front desk. There was a small kitchen but no kitchen towel, dish soap, plates, cups, silverware, etc. If you wanted those, they were an additional fee. Even the toiletries were lacking... one small bar of soap and a small shampoo. I was also surprised that they didn't have charging stations for electric cars - something I've seen at several other new facilities. For an 'extended stay' property, I would have expected much more!

The property was clean and our room was very nice. There was no soap in the kitchen area. only one bar in the bathroom. Also it only had shampoo, no lotion or conditioner. And they had no forks when we needed them. Also there is only one ice machine and it’s on the first floor. Other than that it was great.

We booked LivAway as my husband has medical issues and a restricted diet. We planned to cook meals, which is why we were looking for a place with a stove. Getting there there is nothing besides appliances in the kitchen area. Not even a cup. There was, however, a note that said you could buy things from the front office. The office is closed from 10pm-7am. If you arrive during those hours theres a computer to check yourself in. Well the software system was outdated and wouldnt allow us to check in. Fortunately a friendly maintenance worker walked buy and helped us. He was the highlight of the trip. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Fortunatley we had 2 queen beds so my husband and I could toss and turn without bothering the other. I suppose if you are a construction worker that has to stay places for an extended period of time and travels with all their kitchen requirements, it would be find for them. Definitely not someone I'll stay again.

The property itself was fantastic clean and smelt great, now on the other hand i was falsely accused of smoking when I dont even smoke.. fire alarm went of 3 different times due to some new error or something. I was then treated like a criminal or something and was kicked out and put on a DNR list. This is all hearsay from the maintenance manwho didnt like me
