This hotel is in a perfect location to walk around different malls and had food options close by. I loved the breakfast menu. There were great options and the food was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. We loved our stay here.

literally the fastest check in ive ever experienced. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were cool. Excellent location for going to a concert nearby. Not too far of a walk. Decent breakfast. Would absolutely stay again.

1. The room windows were not suitable - we could hear everything outside making it difficult to sleep. 2. Housekeeping - I had to go downstairs multiple times to ask for clean towels, coffee, glasses and for dirty items to be removed. 3. The hot breakfast was limited to really 3 types of meals and they were not good. 4. The bed pillows were flimsy and they had to put 3 on each side of the king size bed, that became completely flat in the morning which makes for neck and back pain.
