The Crystal Inn was great. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. You have to request for the shuttle in the morning which they did not tell us and the maids do not make your beds nor empty your trash when you stay more than one night.

Staff was nice, actual hotel was dated and pretty mediocre. We could hear other rooms showing from ours, highlighted by a neighbor showering at 2am. The water and fan were enough to wake me up but when the water shut off it made a loud bang. Think I'd look elsewhere next time.

It’s okay. It’s very old and dated. Our room smelled very musty upon arrival, but it was clean. The shuttle never showed up to pick up from the airport. Breakfast was okay.

Staff were lovely, was advised variable breakfast and they didnt disappoint. Only 2 little thungs let the hotel down, 1 was McDonalds next door, sorry but it was like the busiest McDs ever, and the wifi. The wifi is free but kept dropping out. Apart from this 2 little niggles, everythingvfoe us was great and would stay again if ever in Salt Lake.

The breakfast had a very large varity & the options of fresh fruit was great. Being a VIP memeber i was able to check out late which was great. However this waa not communicated to the housekeeping staff who repeatedly knocked on the door & were upset that we hadnt left yet.
