Staff made check-in a nightmare with my service dog. I called beforehand for room accommodations (top floor to reduce noise that triggers my ptsd) and to let them know I was bringing my service dog. Staff on the phone said everything would be taken care of, but when I got to the front desk, rude older management lady kept trying to put me in a first floor “pet room,” and I had to explain that my dog is not a pet multiple times. Even at non-pet friendly hotels I have never been hassled like I was here. They forgot to give me my “VIP” check in experience and called me when I was already in the room to come back down for my free water… not very welcoming, understanding, or friendly. Disappointing experience that ruined it for me. Room was fine though.

The pool was nice and breakfast in the morning was good. It was nice to have access to hot complimentary coffee throughout the day. Parking was plentiful.

Overall stay was great. Bathrooms sinks could have been a bit cleaner. They were not spic and span. I also wish there was lotion provided in the hotel rooms. Breakfast line was also quite long at 8:30am
