So I just left wish I could have but the lady at the front desk was quite unfriendly and un willing to compromise with me about the fee. Everything was to expecations other than the hot tub had an issue this time and an earlier visit the pool and hot tub were down so I guess we have had bad luck. Rooms are nice, clean, and good size. Good parking, in a safe area with close food options and close to gas. Breakfast was good. Have stayed here four times and will stay again.

We had stayed here quite a few years ago and were happy with the room then, so when I saw it for the date I needed I booked it again. You can tell that it is an older hotel, but it is very clean. The room was very comfortable and the jetted tub was wonderful for my back. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom and living area had separate thermostats so you could adjust for each room. It was very quiet considering there was alot of traffic outside. The breakfast looked very good, though I don't really do breakfast early in the morning. The coffee was good and I grabbed a bagel and warmed it up in my room. The staff was very courteous and nice. The lobby was clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

The room was small for the price. The bathroom sinks were in the living area, not the bathroom. No coffee pot in room. Luckily we brought our own. No cups, thin towels, the free breakfast was less than average. All in all, the place was subpar for the price. We won't stay at a Crystal Inn again.
