5 star hotel
I stayed in H10 Delfin with 2 friends and we had a fantastic overall experience in this beautiful hotel. I had accidentally booked for one person instead of three but Samantha and all the staff team were so helpful and kind in rectifing my mistake and made us feel at ease straight away. The staff in the hotel were extremely kind helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star feel. We were given the change to upgade our room for a very small fee and were delighted with the space and amenities in this room. The pool areas were very enjoyable and we attended a night of fantastic live music on the rooftop pool and bar on one of the evenings, which was brilliant and was a great addition to our holiday. We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinner options were brilliant. My two friends and I have varied diatery needs and preferences and there was so much variety and choices for each of us. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I can honestly say our stay in H10 Delfin was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing I have had. Thank you so much to all the fantastic, kind and professional staff for making our stay so memorable.

Check-in and out was ok. Nightly entertainment was poor. Room was average. Breakfast selection of items was ok but breakfast experience was awful. Long queues for tea and coffee unless you arrived for breakfast within 15 minutes of it opening.

Went for a friends party and also a nearby event. Fab location. Room was ok. Then again you’re not there to just stay in your room!! Amazing shower though.

Refurbished, rooms are clean but visible that the refurbishment was only painting on old looking walls Very nice buffet for breakfast, even better than for diner. Swimming pools are poorly open from 9 am to 7 pm, would be great to be able to have an evening swimming but no no it’s closed, really a pity

Lovely stay at H10 Delfin
The location is great. 15 min walk to Portaventura theme park, 5 min walk to beach. Lots of bars and restaurants near-by. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Great pool areas. Room was basic but very nice, clean, and great air-con. We would recommend and return to this hotel.

Very dirty and noisy. The rooms were dirty and had not been properly cleaned in months. Black mood in the bathroom, Managment very poor to let hotel get like this. Soap dispensers in public areas empty for my whole stay.

A nice stay in Salou.
The hotel is great and the staff was professional and very friendly. The breakfast was good too. The negative points for a 4-star hotel are: - no coffee/tea set inside the room, - no ironing service / machine provided, - there is no a mini-bar inside the room. There is only a small empty fridge, which is locked. To unlock it you have to pay 18€.

The hotel is nicely located in the centre for anyone who will not be driving during the holiday. The main reception gives the impression of a five star hotel, its rating of a four star is befitting due to the fact there is none of the amenities such as a kettle or iron in the room and you are expected to pay for use of the fridge. I would also recommended this hotel due to the friendly staff and the fact that the rooms were always cleaned. The evening entertainment I would rate as average but we spent a lot of the time exploring Salou. All in all highly recommended!

This hotel is very central and the staff are lovely. However, it is definitely not 4 star. There are no coffe choices in the rooms. There isn't a mini bar. There isn't an iron (you must pay to get your clothes Ironed. For a 4 star hotel I do not think this is a standard. I have visited Salou before and stayed in a 3star which had better amenities. I would therefore say save your money and stay in a three star hotel instead of this one.

Good size pool area and loungers, although you need to be at the poolside as soon as it opens in order to secure a lounger. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from beach and surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants as well as the usual array of summer shops. There is a large Michelangelo supermarket nearby as well as a smaller local Super Maxi supermarket.
