Two minor nitpicks - the tea from the Krups machine was horrible, and I would have much preferred to have a kettle and teabags. The hanging space was fine for one person for two nights, but might not have been sufficient for two people staying for longer. But the room was lovely and the host(s) delightful.

We really enjoyed meeting Janine and Mark (and Benji of course!) They are super hosts, so helpful and friendly and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The Room in the Garden is stunning, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. My wife has some mobility issues and she found it very accessible, only a couple of steps to reach the room and a small step up to the large shower area. We cannot recommend this accomodation highly enough and we will certainly book again.

Excellent place to stay
This is a beautiful luxurious, immaculate and cosy bedroom and shower room, situated in the host's garden. Janine and Mark are excellent hosts, friendly and helpful and we enjoyed chatting while eating our delicious and varied breakfasts in their kitchen/diner. Janine really has thought of everything and provides lots of extra touches to make your stay special. We appreciated being able to park on the drive and walk into Salisbury to explore. We were so happy we booked this room.

Wonderful Stay
A perfect stay for me while visiting the area for three days. Clean, comfortable, quiet with parking on site, and a yummy and healthy breakfast. Will ABSOLUTELY stay here again when I am back in Salisbury. Really a gem of a private little B&B.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Room in the Garden on a recent trip to Salisbury with my Mother and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Janine and Mark were excellent hosts, making sure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable. The room itself was incredibly cozy and modern, with all the amenities we could have asked for. The cleanliness of the space was particularly impressive; everything was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, I cannot recommend The Room in the Garden highly enough.
