Friendly customer service
The people there are very nice and so friendly. Bad was the WiFi. But other then that it was nice and calm place to be to get away from things.

Great food, bad location
The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the pool was lovely. However, they put me in a room next to the pool pump and there was an incessant humming sound in the room. Additionally, since it was Carnaval, it was noisy which is to be expected, but the revelers parked themselves outside my door and the owner should have asked them to move. There was a lot of other space which would have accommodated the them. I was disappointed in the lack of consideration shown to me by the staff and owner.

Cet hôtel est très bien, l’accueil du personnel très sympa toujours dispo, les chambres accord avec ce qu’il proposent très propre et confortable, la piscine propre nettoyée toutes les nuits, la plage à proximité exclusive, pas beaucoup du monde on a eu la possibilité de voir quelques stars de la télé ! La nourriture locale très très bonne, on a eu tout ce que nous avions besoin au même endroit! Vacances à refaire dans le même hôtel! Pourquoi pas !

Un FIASCO TOTAL! Hoteles.com no debería tenerlo en su lista. El turista busca Comodidad y esparcimiento éste hotel no tiene ninguna de las dos, me sentí ESTAFADA!
