Detached house located in the village of Sajasarra, Rioja Alta, wine region par excellence, the town is declared as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, privileged Villa and essential visit.
The region is known internationally for the excellent quality of its wines as well as its tourist attractions, it also has great interest in culture for the harmony of its houses and the layout of its streets, the wall was part of the church, nowadays only remains a small part of said wall and an arch of one of the entrances to the villa.
Castillo S. XV belonged to the Counts of Nieva, is currently inhabited and is privately owned. The owners of the castle are also owners of one of the most important wineries in the town.

Navidades en Sajazarra
Hay varios aspectos a valorar: - El check-in de la casa no se hace personalmente, de tal manera que no hay opción de conocer las instalaciones de la casa. - Al llegar a la casa la calefacción no estaba conectada en el piso superior. - El propietario atendió perfectamente al teléfono y nos dió las indicaciones para poder arreglar los problemas que tuvimos. - El baño de la parte inferior no estaba operativo, no se podía utilizar de ninguna manera, salía el agua por la ducha, cuándo se utilizaba el inodoro. - La casa en general cumple con la descripción del anuncio. Conclusión: La casa está notablemente para pasar un fin de semana, hace falta reformar ciertas estancias y creo que el propietario debería tener un trato más personal.
