Recently renovated house of 66 m² with a terrace of 16 m² with garden furniture, awning, barbecue and enclosed land of approximately 100m2 (grass, trees and courtyard) with gate and fence 1.20 m high. Living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob), a dining table and a lounge area with corner sofa, armchair and television. 1 Shower room. 1 WC. 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds.
Also available a washing machine (access from outside in a shed). Access to the 4G thanks to a pilonne on the village square.
Sheets provided. Heating package of 10€/day. End of stay cleaning 100 €.
Cot and high chair on request. Located in the heart of the Auvézère gorges, one of the wildest regions of Périgord with a particular flora and fauna (diving sheep, mouflon, orchids and wild columbine...), come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in the heart of the village of Saint-Mesmin. Nature awaits you: hiking, mountain biking or horse riding on the trails, canoeing on the Auvézère, fishing, climbing... as much as History: Forges de Savignac 5km away, many castles and medieval bastides, prehistoric sites of the Vallée de l'Homme, theme parks, lakes... pétanque ground available in the village.
