Encore merci aux sympathiques propriétaires pour les petites attentions de bienvenue. Tout est conforme à l'annonce faite sur le site de réservation. Nous retrouvons nos marques et sommes toujours aussi ravis de notre séjour. Rien ne manque dans la résidence et nous profitons bien du calme et de la tranquillité .L' accès au centre ville est aisé, tout peut se faire à pieds, sans problèmes. La plage et Océabul sont vraiment à proximité (200 m,environ ).N'hésitez pas à venir y poser vos valises. Bonnes vacances à vous tous.

Une petite villa neuve très bien aménagée en bordure de forêt et à deux pas de la plage.
Une location idéale pour deux personnes dans un endroit très calme mais à côté de la grande plage de St-Jean. Sa situation permet de profiter des grands espaces marins et forestiers de St Jean de Monts. Le garage est aussi un plus non négligeable. Christian D

Location tout confort, très calme, clim, proximité plage, garage. Séjour idyllique. Location de très bon niveau. L'appartement correspond à la description .L' emplacement est idéal pour bien apprécier la région. Les commerces sont proches.
