Friendly staff and great location. You can walk in to the centre of town. Wonderful buffet breakfast too. Only negatives - parking is a bit challenging and would suggest blackout curtains in the room. There was an outside light on all night which the current curtains didn't block out..

The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and professional, spoke very good English. We drove for hundreds of kilometers away and to be able to access our room and the free upgrade was an excellent service! We are very pleased. Our room was fresh, big & spotless with a small garden. It well located, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Old world charm in french basque country
Very charming old hotel with lots of character. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Delicious breakfast. Staff on duty all day and night. Close to everything as small town. Made us feel right at home.

Great hotel in a sea-side Basque town.
Wonderful stay at this Basque-themed hotel. I have stayed here with my wife and on travels with my parents. Always a very welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Lovely hotel of character. Very close to the main shopping and eating area of the town . About ten minutes walk from the station. Immaculately clean. Our room was very comfortable. We had requested outside space and were given a room with a terrace, table and chairs . A real sun trap. The owners and their staff were very courteous and extremely helpful.
