On the ground floor is a garage and the entrance hall.
On the first level, a hallway leading to an open and equipped kitchen, a pantry a toilet, a living / dining room with access to the large balcony facing South, and beautiful view, followed by a green terrace, equipped with a barbecue.
From the living room two steps lead to the lounge area with TV and fireplace.
A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, as well as a large bathroom.
A second bedroom is available on this level, with a sofa bed.
Upstairs, a children's bedroom with 2 single bunk beds and a baby bed, a second bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed, with balcony and mezzanine, the third bedroom with a 120 cm bed.
Finally, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
This house contains a lot of steps to access the different rooms.
