Carpeting was really dirty. The room itself needed a deep cleaning and the bathroom electric outlets and hair dryer didn't work, even after resetting the outlet. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Great location, close to the highway. Nicely kept outdoor property. No elevator.

This room was completely unacceptable. Smelled like dirty feet and wet carpet. Room carpet was so dirty you couldnt tell the design, multiple stains. Dings and chips in walls and furniture. Not worth the price. Asked for a new room and told none available even though only 3 cars in the lot.

The hotel itself was decent enough, but there are no outside cameras and the area is horrible. I had my car broken into and over 1k in damages and stolen property. Very bad area, stay safe!

Toilet Leaked, place looked awful, no ice machine, shower barely worked, pillows were like stuff was stuffed in them to make a pillow. Limited to towels we had to use them so the leak would not go further. Entrance to parking lot full of potholes. If you are making money fix some of this stuff. Nice area but the condition of the hotel was terrible. The only thing nice was the employees.

Take this hotel off your website. I do not write reviews. However, I took the time here because it is necessary. The property is for sale. Pictures show grand opening I’m assuming. Showed up to spend one night with my wife and three small children. First we noticed the pot holes on the approach. Then it was the 3 foot high weeds throughout the front of the property. Next, it was the empty pool with more weeds surrounding it. Then it got even worse! The only employee I ever saw has an attitude of what do you want. Not that I blame her. We get our room and it was booked for four but apparently you must exchange towels for anything over 2. I went to go get my own towels from my car and realized during that the door to our room would not latch closed. I told the front counter staff about the issue and she stated the maintenance man has gone home for the week. I insisted and was thankfully given a new room. Other than these minor issues the obvious drug users walking around the hotel, as well as inside the hotel make it obvious they are running a terrible hotel and ownership doesn’t care at all. I wish I got the number but the owner name was Miller.

They didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed. We were told to wait for third shift as she didn’t know where stuff was. That was 2 hrs. Then when we finally got a blanket and sheets we were given a blanket with holes. It was ripped and gross. The coach had burn holes in it. In the am we were told they weren’t serving breakfast because they had forgot. DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel was very dirty, no service and just not a good place to stay. Hair in the shower, Jet tub spit out some very gross stuff when turned on and lots of bad smells (everywhere)
